Weight Loss Detox Drinks can be any natural drinks made at home to cleanse, heal your gut and transform your body! These detox drinks can boost your metabolism, eliminate toxins and amplify glowing skin! It also helps flush out recent intake medication, viruses in your bloodstream or any unhealthy, junk food from your system.



HEALTH BENEFITS OF DETOX

The more you drink 'detox drinks', the better your digestion (and less indigestion!) will be! It also aids in weight loss, flat belly, and increases your metabolism!


It also supports:

1. Morning Detox Tea

  • (apple cider vinegar-infused detox: 1 cup of warm water, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1 dash of cayenne)

  • (2 cups of filtered water, Juice from ½ lemon, 2-3 tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar, 2-3 tablespoons of raw honey, 1 inch knob of garlic, sliced, Lemon And Mint Detox Water)

3. Cucumber and Lemonade Detox Water

  • (1 pound of cucumbers, peeled if waxy, unpeeled if organic and not waxy, chopped (reserve ½ cup of sliced cucumbers for garnish, 2 cups of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 8 cups of water, divided ⅔ cup of raw honey, 12 ice cubes)

4. Detox green smoothie: with chia seeds

  • (1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds)

5. Detox green smoothie: with garlic & onion

  • (3 carrots, 3 kale leaves, 2 celery stalks, 2 beets, 1 turnip, ½ bunch of spinach, ½ cabbage, ½ bunch of parsley, ½ onion, 2 cloves of garlic)

6. Detox green smoothie: with ginger *My favorite recipe

  • (1 green apple, ½ bunch of spinach, ½ bunch of kale, ½ squeeze lime juice, ½ cup of sliced cucumbers, ⅔ cup of raw ginger root, ⅔ cup of water, 4 small pieces of pinneapple, 1 tsp of agave light syrup)

7. Cranberry juice detox

  • (Cranberry juice, Water, Apple pectin, Psyllium fiber)

8. Apple And Cinnamon Detox Water

  • (I sliced apple, 1 teaspoon of honey, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon in a cup of green tea or boiled water)

9. Grapefruit Detox Water

  • (1 thinly sliced grapefruit, 2 quarts of water)

10. Orange Detox Water

  • (3 Thin Slices of Lemon, 3 Thin Slices of Orange, 3 Mint shredded Leaves, Ice, Water)

11. Green tea

  • (8 cups cold filtered water (64 oz.), 1 whole medium cucumber with peel, cut into thin slices, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice)
